To make a registration, you should:

Participation is confirmed only upon paying the registration fee.

• Attendance to all scientific sessions of the Conference
• Attendance to workshop of your choice
• Visiting the Exhibition Area
• Printed Conference Material
• Certificate of Attendance
• Participation in Coffee Breaks and Light Meals
•Accommodation and dinner for one night the 1st session and two nights the 2nd and 3rd sessions.
For workshops, priority order will be followed.
Immediately after submitting the online registration, you will receive by e-mail an automated message confirming the proper submission of your registration.
If you do NOT receive this Confirmation e-mail, your registration has NOT been submitted successfully and you will have to re-file the Registration Form or contact the PCO to settle the situation.
Note: Your registration will be completed only until proof of payment is received by the Secretariat.

For written registration cancellations submitted to the PCO/Secretariat:
• Until 17/12/2016: there will be 50 % refund of the registration fee
• From 18/01/2017: there will be no refund
Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
In case of cancellation of registration, the refund of the fee will be settled within 30 days after the end of the Conference.
